Overview



	The Central Florida Regional Planning Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 15, 2011, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Polk County Emergency Operations Center, 1890 Jim Keene Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33880

Subject:	Regular quarterly meeting of the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) and/or its subcommittees, to discuss the provision of the Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know Program. Additionally, items pertaining to the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) and its subcommittee for training may be discussed.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Chuck Carter, Program Director, 555 East Church Street, Bartow, FL 33830. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
