6A-10.0315	Demonstration of Readiness for College-Level Communication and Computation

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to identify the newly implemented Postsecondary Education Readiness test as an authorized common placement test, specify alternative remediation opportunities and retesting policies, identify postsecondary preparatory instruction curriculum, define Postsecondary Readiness Competencies, and define developmental education competencies pursuant to Section 1008.30, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

College Preparatory Testing, Placement, and Instruction; Postsecondary Preparatory Instruction Curriculum and Postsecondary Readiness Competencies; and Developmental Education Competencies.
