Subject:	Update from partners and participants of the Viva Florida 500 initiative to commemorate Florida’s 500-year anniversary, or Quincentennial, of the landing of European explorer Juan Ponce de León. Several partners will detail their efforts to date and provide an update on how the initiative is building in local communities around the state.
