Overview



	The Department of Transportation, District Three announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, September 27, 2011, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Fairfield Inn & Suites, 4966 Whitetail Drive, Marianna, FL 32448

Subject:	This public information meeting is being held concerning the resurfacing of S.R. 71 from the Calhoun County Line to Malloy Plaza Drive, Jackson County, Florida (Financial Project ID Number: 423065-1-52-01). The project involves resurfacing the existing travel lanes, pedestrian safety upgrades and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility improvements. Also included in the project is the reconstruction of the existing pavement using concrete in the area of the Interstate 10 interchange for a distance of 0.6 miles. The total project length is approximately nine miles.
