Informal, Non-Binding Interpretations of the Florida Fire Prevention Code

PURPOSE:

To adopt a rule providing for informal non-binding interpretations of the Florida Fire Prevention Code, as directed by Section 633.026, Florida Statutes.

Provides procedures for informal non-binding interpretations of the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
