40D-2.101	Content of Application

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to incorporate by reference an updated version of the District’s Water Use Information Manual Part B, Basis of Review (WUP BOR), which is being revised consistent with a District initiative to reduce the number of copies of application forms, supporting materials and compliance reports that are required to be submitted to the District. Amendments will require submittal of only 1 original instead of an original and 2 copies of forms, reports and other material for water use permitting matters. The overall effect of the rulemaking will be to reduce costs to the public that are associated with the submittal of applications and the reporting of compliance activities to the District.
