RULE:

68A-13.008

Hunting Regulations for Migratory Birds Other than Ducks and Coots

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to establish open season for taking woodcock in conformance with federal regulations. Rule wording would be revised to add 15 days to the end of woodcock season increasing the season from 30 to 45 days.

SUMMARY:

The rule amends migratory bird hunting regulations to establish woodcock season dates.
