Definition of Terms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to include a definition of an additional institutional location in order to assist institutions in complying with existing rule prohibiting modification to a license by adding an additional location while under a provisional license and to include a definition of a Florida student.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule defines an additional location as any location other than auxiliary classroom space that supports a licensed institution and defines a Florida student as a student attending a campus located in Florida or for distance education, a student who receives materials at a Florida address.
