PURPOSE:

Repeals Rule 11C-6.003, F.A.C.; adds the repealed language to Rule 11C-6.004, F.A.C. Updates 11C-6.010, F.A.C., to conform with recent legislative changes.

SUBJECT:

Requests and procedures for criminal history record checks and retention of fingerprints.
