62-344.900

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Repeal of the following rule in Chapter 62-344, F.A.C., Delegation of the Environmental Resource Program to Local Governments, that the Department has determined is obsolete or otherwise no longer necessary in accordance with Executive Order 11-01.
Repeal Rule 62-344.900, which incorporates by reference a form that is only a suggested format and is not needed. This entire rule section can be repealed.
OTHER RULES INCORPORATING THIS RULE: There are no other rules or chapters that incorporate Rule 62-344.900, F.A.C.
EFFECT ON THOSE OTHER RULES: This rule is not incorporated by other rules or chapters; therefore, this repeal will have no effect on other rules.
