Professional Fees and Penalties for Individuals Licensed Both as a Registered Architect and Interior Designer (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to repeal the rule because it duplicates what is otherwise provided for in Section 481.229(5)(b), Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The rule will be repealed due to the fact that it duplicates what is otherwise provided for in statute.
