	The Palm Beach Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 17, 2011, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Palm Tran CONNECTION, 3044 S. Military Trail, Suite D, Lake Worth, FL 33463

Subject:	The Palm Beach Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board Grievance Committee will consider an Appeal at a Public Hearing. Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or persons who require free translation services are requested to advise the agency at least 5 days prior to the public hearing. The MPO does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status or against any protected class.
