RULE:

62-210.100	Purpose and Scope (Repealed)
62-210.340	Citrus Juice Processing Facilities (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment (OGC 11-1086) will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rules to be repealed involve requirements for citrus juice processing facilities. There are also Federal standards for citrus juice processing facilities which supersede these rules and Section 403.08725, F.S, was repealed making these rules obsolete.
