62-285.400

Adoption of California Motor Vehicle Emission Standards (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment (OGC 11-1096) will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Federal emission standards in 40 CFR 86 for light-duty vehicles are now more stringent.
