RULE:

62-1.003

Forms and Instructions Used by the Department of Environmental Protection (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

This rule is no longer needed, because these forms are no longer used by the Department.
OTHER RULES INCORPORATING THIS RULE: Chapter 62-1 is referenced by Rules 62-4.120, 62-17.540, 62-45.060, 62-45.110, .040, 62-113.200, 62-330.200, F.A.C.
EFFECT ON THOSE OTHER RULES: The proposed repeals will have no substantive effect on the rule sections that cross reference chapter 62-1, F.A.C., because the forms listed in rule 62-1.003 are obsolete.
