Exemptions from Water Well Contractor Licensing Requirement (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking repeals exemptions and procedures that already exist in Florida Statute 373.309. No other rules incorporate this rule, and this rule does not affect any other rules outside Chapter 62-531, F.A.C.
