62-625.100

Scope/Intent/Purpose (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule 62-625.100, F.A.C., provides the scope, intent and purpose of Chapter 62-625, F.A.C., regarding the Pretreatment requirements for wastewater facilities. This rule is being repealed because it is unnecessary as the rule is merely informational.
