RULE:

62-112.030

Procedures for Certification and Agency Review (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to repeal a rule identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Repeal Rule 62-112.030, F.A.C., which established procedures for certification and coordinated agency review of development projects in the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, because it is unnecessary given other statutorily authorized procedures for expedited review.
