PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The rulemaking authority for these rules no longer exists. Section 11, 2005-152, L.O.F., amended Section 215.97(3), F.S., to remove the rulemaking authority of the Executive Office of the Governor and transfer that rulemaking authority to the Department of Financial Services.
