Florida Homeowners' Construction Recovery Fund (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to repeal the rule after a comprehensive review determined that the rule is no longer necessary in accordance with Executive Order 11-01, Section 5. The repeal of the rule will have no tangible effect.
