Licensure Requirements for Applicants from Non-Accredited Schools or Colleges

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to incorporate by reference form DH-MQA 1254 and form DH-MQA 1182, and to make additions and deletions to implement the American Dental Licensing Examination required by Chapter 2011-95, Section 9, Laws of Florida (2011).

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes will implement session law Chapter 2011-95, Laws of Florida (2011).
