RULE:

53-13.001	Determining Salary Upon Appointment (Repealed)
53-13.008	Overtime Compensation (Repealed)
53-13.009	Perquisites (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The above listed rules were superseded by emergency rules and are obsolete.
