Overtime/Compensation for Excess Hours of Work (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to repeal a rule identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The above listed rule was superseded by an emergency rule and is obsolete.
