	The Florida Department of Education, Office of Independent Education and Parental Choice announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Education is hosting a meeting to solicit input on necessary revisions to the forms incorporated by reference into State Board of Education Rule 6A-6.0786, F.A.C., Model Forms for Charter School Applicants and Sponsors. The meeting is open to the public.
