PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rules 64B28-3.001 and 64B28-3.002, F.A.C., were identified during the comprehensive rule review as containing provisions that are no longer applicable, are antiquated, and, thus, are appropriate for repeal. These are the only rules in Rule Chapter 64B28-3, F.A.C. There are no other rules incorporating these rules.
