PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to address the process for evaluating requests for the transfer of the general partnership interests from a for-profit entity to a not for-profit entity.

Subject area to be addressed is revision to the rules that address ownership of properties by for-profit entities.
