Credentials Requirements for Applicants from Non-Accredited Schools or Colleges, Whose Records Are Unavailable (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete that the National Board must be completed within 10 years and to delete the time frame in which the applicant’s credentials must be submitted before the exam to comply with legislative changes made to Chapter 466, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes will implement changes made to Chapter 466, Florida Statutes during the 2011 legislative session.
