RULE:

64B24-5.001

Renewal of Midwifery License (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposal is to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, out of date, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

This rule was identified during the comprehensive rule review as communicating information that is out of date, redundant, partially duplicative of statute and, thus, appropriate for repeal. There are no other rules incorporating this rule.
