Overview



	The State Board of Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, January 20, 2012, 9:00 a.m. (EST) until conclusion of meeting

PLACE:	Room 116 (Hermitage Conference Room), The Hermitage Centre, 1801 Hermitage Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32308

Subject:	Special meeting to discuss an Investment Policy Statement change to ensure the independence of the State Board of Administration’s Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. In addition, a discussion of any other matters within the purview of the IAC may be addressed. The IAC is a nine-member advisory council, which reviews the investments made by the staff of the State Board of Administration and makes recommendations to the board regarding investment policy, strategy, and procedures. The IAC operates under Section 215.444, Florida Statutes. Any changes to the above meeting date and/or time (including the cancellation of such meeting) will be posted on the SBA’s website at http://www.sbafla.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
