PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposal is to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, out of date, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

These rules were identified during the comprehensive rule review as communicating information that is out of date, redundant, and partially duplicative of statute, and thus appropriate for repeal. There are no other rules incorporating these rules.
