Criteria for Distributing Monies (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64F-20.002, F.A.C. was identified during the comprehensive rule review as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome and no longer necessary and thus appropriate for repeal. There are no other rules incorporating this rule.
