Financial Hardship (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To amend the Florida Prepaid College Plan rule providing when additional proof of hardship will be required.

SUMMARY:

This rule change amends when the Florida Prepaid College Plan will require additional information to demonstrate a financial hardship.
