Retailer Application and Fee Schedule (Replaces 53ER05-9) (Replaced by 53ER12-66)

SUMMARY:

This emergency rule sets forth the provisions regarding the application(s) to be filed and related fees for persons desiring to contract with the Lottery as a retailer. This emergency rule replaces Emergency Rule 53ER05-9, F.A.C.
