Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Disposable Incontinence Medical Supplies Fee Schedule

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to adopt Rule 59G-13.086, F.A.C., that will incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Disposable Incontinence Medical Supplies Fee Schedule, December 2011, and Minimum Quality Standards, December 2011.

SUMMARY:

The rule will require providers enrolled in the Medicaid program to be in compliance with the aforementioned incorporated materials.
