64B14-5.005

Mandatory Courses

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to amend the rule to add language to be certain that mandatory course approval may not be delegated by the Board and that the prevention of medical errors course shall cover the substance of proper record keeping in the prevention of medical errors.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being amended to revise the continuing education requirements.
