Biennial Renewal of Barber Assistant Registration (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board reviewed the rule as required by Executive Order 11-01 and proposes to repeal the rule as it substantially restates Section 476.154, F.S. and is unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

As required by Executive Order 11-01, the rule was reviewed and is being repealed as it substantially restates Section 476.154, F.S. and is unnecessary.
