61G3-18.001

Biennial Renewal of Barber License (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board reviewed the rule as required by Executive Order 11-01 and proposes to repeal the rule as the board is not statutorily mandated to adopt the rule.

SUMMARY:

As required by Executive Order 11-01, the rule was reviewed and is being repealed as the board is not statutorily mandated to adopt the rule.
