PURPOSE:

The Board reviewed the rule as required by Executive Order 11-01 and proposes to repeal the rule as it substantially repeats Section 455.217(6), F.S.

As required by Executive Order 11-01, the rule was reviewed and is being repealed as it substantially repeats Section 455.217(6), F.S.
