Guidelines for Disposition of Disciplinary Cases or Other Cases in Which Substantial Interests Are Determined by the Board (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board reviewed the rule as required by Executive Order 11-01 and proposes to repeal the rule as it is duplicative of Section 120.57, F.S. and not statutorily mandated.

SUMMARY:

As required by Executive Order 11-01, the rule was reviewed and is being repealed as it is duplicative of Section 120.57, F.S. and not statutorily mandated.
