Insurance Administrator Annual Report and Licensure Application

PURPOSE:

AND SUMMARY: To adopt forms Insurance Administrators must submit to the Office of Insurance Regulation to apply to do business in Florida and to submit financial information. The forms reflect new 2005 legislation, which in part requires Insurance Administrators to submit audited financial statements.
