Non-Final Orders

PURPOSE:

To articulate the arbitrators’ ability to issue orders necessary to effectuate discovery, to prevent delay, and otherwise to promote the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of all aspects of pending cases under Chapters 718 and 720, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

Arbitrators’ ability to issue non-final orders during pending arbitration cases.
