	The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

PLACE:	Center for Learning Development, Moore Hall, Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, 207 N. San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32084

Subject:	Emergency Meeting: Matters of resolution Chapter 164, Florida Statutes, by and between the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind and the City of St. Augustine. Board of Trustees approved Proposed Findings and the proposed agreement with the City of St. Augustine approved by their commissioners on February 27, 2012.
