Application and Determination of Eligibility

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule removes the obsolete Request for Assistance, CF-ES 2066, adds the ACCESS Florida Application, CF-ES 2337 and amends the Notice of Case Action, CF-ES 2235. Included in this proposed rule amendment are some wording changes and technical changes of a non-substantive nature improving the overall content of the rule.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule removes, adds and amends forms.
