Administrative Assessment

PURPOSE:

The Department proposes the creation of this rule to effectuate the mandatory rule promulgation as required by statute.

SUMMARY:

The rule sets out the procedures to follow in conducting an administrative assessment of long-term care facilities by ombudsmen.
