69J-10.001

Governmental Efficiency Program

PURPOSE:

Chapter 2010-102, Laws of Florida, amended Section 17.325, F.S., to delete the requirement that the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provide monthly reports to the appropriations committee of the House and Senate with the information or suggestions received through the Get Lean hotline or website.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment will delete the requirement that the CFO provide monthly reports to the Legislature regarding the information or suggestions from the Get Lean hotline or website.
