PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to revise rules related to hospital standards and licensure.

SUBJECT:

These revisions will modify existing rules to: conform to current statutory requirements; correct rule and statutory references; delete references to forms that have been updated; update rule references that are now found in the Florida Building Code; rename and renumber rules relating to Residential Treatment Facilities for Children and Adolescents; and delete duplicative requirements.
