61A-3.0305

Pool Buying Procedures (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal 61A-3.0305, F.A.C. as duplicative of Rule 61A-4.0501, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The elimination of Rule 61A-3.0305, as duplicative and unnecessary.
