	The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Agricultural Water Policy Advisory Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Commissioner’s Agricultural Water Policy Advisory Council Meeting. Topics to be discussed include: Binding determinations pursuant to Section 373.407, F.S. as to whether agricultural activities are exempt from permitting: Consumptive Use Permitting; and, Agricultural Water Supply Planning.
