64B11-2.002

Admission by Endorsement

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the substantial re-wording of the rule to update the rule, striking out Admission and replacing with Application as well as clarifying when the Board will the  waive the examination requirements of Section 468.211, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The rule changes the title to reflect the correct description of the endorsement process. The rule clarifies that only Section 468.213(1), F.S. is implemented by this rule, and provides the requirements for applying for licensure by endorsement through national certification.
