Course Required for Initial Licensure

PURPOSE:

To remove references to Section 497.367, F.S., which section was repealed in 2010, and to specify criteria for approval of a communicable disease course that is taken to satisfy a requirement for initial or renewal licensure under Chapter 497, F.S. This proposed rule was approved by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services at its monthly meeting on 1-6-2011.

SUMMARY:

Specifies criteria for approval of a communicable disease course that is taken to satisfy a requirement for initial or renewal licensure under Chapter 497, F.S.
